2010-2019年我国食管癌患者人均住院费用支出的收入弹性估计与分析
Estimation and analysis of income elasticity of per capita hospitalization expenses for esophageal cancer in China between 2010 and 2019
摘要
Abstract
Objective To calculate and analyze the income elasticity of per capita hospitalization expen-ses for esophageal cancer in China,and to provide basis for optimizing and reducing the economic burden of esoph-ageal cancer treatment.Methods Based on the data from the China Health Statistics Yearbook and China Statisti-cal Yearbook from 2011 to 2020,an effect model was established and calculated using an instrumental variables method.Results The income elasticity of per capita hospitalization expenses for esophageal cancer in China was 0.74,with the highest being 0.88 in the Eastern Region and the lowest being 0.36 in the Western Region.There was no statistically significant change in the overall income elasticity from 2010 to 2019.Conclusions The in-come elasticity of per capita hospitalization expenses for esophageal cancer in China is at a reasonable level,but there is still a need to optimize the allocation of healthcare resources.关键词
