基于组态视角的我国农村医疗资源配置效率提升路径研究
Pathways to enhance the allocation efficiency of rural healthcare resources in China from the configuration perspective

Abstract
Objective To explore the paths for improving the efficiency of healthcare resource allocation in rural areas of China.Methods Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)was used to measure the allocation effi-ciency of rural healthcare resources in 28 provinces and municipalities in China,and fuzzy-set qualitative compara-tive analysis was employed to identify the high-efficiency paths of resource allocation.Results In 2021,the aver-age allocation efficiency of rural healthcare resources in 28 provinces and municipalities was 0.643,with only 3 provinces reaching DEA efficiency.Configuration analysis results showed 4 high-efficiency pathways:government health investment and old-age dependency burden-driven model,old-age dependency burden and economic devel-opment-driven model,physician diagnostic capability-led model,and economic development-led model.Conclu-sions The allocation efficiency of rural healthcare resources is generally low across 28 provinces and municipali-ties of China,with notable regional disparities.Tailored adjustments to allocation structures and selection of suit-able improvement paths are required based on local realities.关键词
