Application and progress of vNOTES surgery for fertility preservation
摘要
Abstract
Transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(vNOTES)has been developing well in the field of gynecology for years.With proper selection of patients,this procedure can cover most surgical treatments for benign diseases,and especially in the preservation of fertility,it has its unique advantages.With the continuous development of robot-assisted technology,robotic vNOTES has led this procedure to a more accurate and less invasive direction.This article will discuss the application progress of this procedure in preserving fertility,so as to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of clinical surgical strategy.关键词
