MBL途径在鼠冠状病毒感染中作用的探究
The Role of MBL Pathway in Murine Coronavirus Infection
摘要
Abstract
The objective of the present study was to establish a liver injury model in immunodeficiency mice by infection with Murine hepatitis virus strain-3(MHV-3)and investigation of the role of MBL pathway in the pathological process.In this study,pathological examination and serological analysis were carried out through histopathological experiment,immunohistochemistry and detection of serum alanine aminotransferase and serum inflammatory factors to compare the difference of liver injuries between wild-type mice and MBL-deficient mice.The results showed that the MBL-deficient mice suffered more severe liver injuries and inflammatory reactions post MHV-3 infection as compared with wild-type mice.These discoveries suggested that MBL alleviateds liver injuries in mice infected with mouse coronavirus,which might provide some new treatment ideas for fulminant liver failure.关键词
