烟用搭口胶的热解特性及其对卷烟品质的影响研究
A study on pyrolysis characteristics of tipping paper adhesive for cigarettes and its influence on cigarette quality

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the impact of pyrolysis products of tipping paper adhesive on smoke quality and sensory quality of cigarettes.[Methods]Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),thermogravimetric analysis-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(TG-FTIR),pyrolysis-soft photoionization mass spectrometry(Py-SPI-MS),elemental analysis,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to analyze the composition and pyrolysis products of 10 cigarette tipping paper adhesive samples.The smoke indicators and sensory quality of cigarette samples made with these 10 tipping paper adhesives were evaluated.[Results](1)The main components of the 10 tipping paper adhesives were all copolymers of vinyl acetate and ethylene,and their thermal decomposition temperatures in the air were concentrated in the range of 330℃～400℃.Among them,samples 9#and 10#contained amide additives,which would thermally crack and release ammonia and other substances at 220℃;(2)The ammonia content produced under simulated combustion conditions in cigarette samples made with 9#and 10#tipping paper adhesives were 7.8 μ g/cigarette and 7.5 μ g/cigarette,respectively,which were slightly higher than those made with other tipping paper adhesives.The sensory irritation of the mainstream smoke was enhanced,the oral comfort was reduced,and the concentration and strength were improved to some extent.关键词
