不同单旦丝束混合滤棒的加工工艺及应用研究
Study on processing and application of filter rods with different single-denier blended tow

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effect of tow blending on the physical indexes of filter rods and regular smoke indexes of cigarettes.[Methods]We built a platform for blending tow filter rods,produced filter rods of different pressure drops and tow specifications,and rolled cigarette samples to analyze the physical indexes of filter rods and regular smoke indexes of cigarettes.[Results](1)The stability of the physical indexes of the blended tow filter rods did not differ much from those of the traditional cellulose acetate filter rods.(2)The hardness of low single-denier filter rods was lower than that of high single-denier filter rods,and by blending with high single-denier tow,the hardness of low single-denier filter rods could be improved.The regression equations for the hardness and weight of the filter rods were established,and the hardness of the blended tow filter rods could be predicted by performing a weighted average of the hardness of each filter rod according to the blending ratio.(3)Blending could improve the filling capacity of the tow and increase the pressure drop of the filter rod,the capacity curve of the blended tow moved to the upper right of the low denier tow and the upper left of the high denier tow.(4)When the pressure drop was similar,the release of cigarette smoke from the blended tow filter rod cigarette was between the two single-bundle tow filter rods.The release of cigarette smoke from the low single-denier tow filter rod was lower than that of the high single-denier tow filter rod,and the release of cigarette smoke from the high single-denier tow filter rod could be reduced by blending with low single-denier tow.[Conclusion]Tow blending could adjust the hardness of filter rods and the release of cigarette smoke.关键词
