Optimization design of structural parameters for the linear vibrating screen plate of FY117

Abstract
[Background]The sorting of standard cigarette sticks within the waste cigarette sorting and recovery system is crucial,directly impacting the subsequent sorting accuracy of the entire machine.[Methods]Taking the linear vibrating screen plate at the preceding station of FY117-A as the research object,a mathematical model was established based on optimization design theory and solved using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain reasonable structural parameters for the linear vibrating screen plate.Motion simulation analysis of waste cigarette sticks was conducted using the discrete element software EDEM,and validation was achieved through prototype operation tests.[Results]Under the condition that the structural parameters with a screen hole diameter=44 mm,transverse spacing=63 mm,and longitudinal spacing=70 mm,the cigarette stick sorting accuracy demonstrated the highest practical value.关键词
