空气芽孢杆菌C-1对烟草黑胫病和镰刀菌根腐病的生防潜力研究
Study on biocontrol potential of Bacillus aerius C-1 against tobacco black shank and fusarium wilt

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to obtain microbial strains with dual control effects on tobacco black shank and Fusarium wilt[Methods]Endophytic bacteria with good antagonistic effects on both tobacco black shank and Fusarium wilt were isolated and screened from tomato roots using the tissue homogenate method and plate confrontation method.The isolates were identified by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical tests,and molecular biological methods.Their biocontrol potential was determined through pot and field experiments.[Results](1)Strain C-1 had an inhibition rate of more than 90%against Phytophthora nicotianae and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.nicotianae,and showed broad-spectrum antagonistic activity against various pathogens.It was preliminarily identified as Bacillus aerius.(2)Pot and field experiments showed that strain C-1 effectively reduced the incidence and disease index of tobacco black shank and Fusarium wilt.(3)This strain can dissolve the cell wall structure of pathogenic fungal hyphae,inhibit the growth of pathogens,and make them lose their ability to infect.It can also induce the activities of defense enzymes(POD,PAL,PPO)in tobacco plants to increase in a short period(3-6 days),thereby enhancing their disease resistance.[Conclusion]Strain C-1 has a good disease control effect on tobacco black shank and Fusarium wilt,and has good application prospects.关键词
