摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To develop a facial support observer and observe its clinical application effect.[Methods]Facial support observer was developed,and 90 patients were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases each.The control group performed reinforced wire tracheal tube intubation and face protection,and the experimental group performed common endotracheal tube intubation and used a facial support observer.The incidence of postoperative facial stress injury and use satisfaction were compared between the two groups.[Results]Patients with facial support observers had lower rates of stress injury and higher satisfaction rates,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of facial support observer is simple and convenient to operate,reduces the anesthesia cost of patients,improves the clinical work satisfaction of medical staff,and reduces the occurrence of medical related stress injury,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
