Abstract
[Objective]To detect the expression of lysosomal associated transmembrane protein 4 beta(LAPTM4B)and p27kip1 in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)tissues,and to analyze the clinicopathological characteristics and survival rate of patients.[Methods]Eighty-four TNBC patients who underwent surgery in Xuchang Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were collected.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of LAPTM4B and p27kip1 in TNBC tissues,and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between LAPTM4B and p27kip1 expression.The influence of LAPTM4B and p27kip1 expression on clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting TNBC survival rate.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the 3-year survival rate between the different expression groups of LAPTM4B and p27kip1,and the log-rank method was used to test the difference between the groups.[Results]The positive expression rate of LAPTM4B in TNBC was 80.9%(68/84),which was higher than that of p27kip1 in TNBC(58.3%,49/84),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(χ2=10.164,P=0.001).The expression of LAPTM4B and p27kip1 in TNBC tissues was negatively correlated(r=-4.271,P=0.039).The expression of LAPTM4B and p27kip1 in TNBC tissues had effects on tumor diameter,TNM stage and positive number of lymph nodes(P<0.05).p27kip1 positive was protective factors for poor prognosis of TNBC,while TNM stage III,lymph node positive number≥4 and LAPTM4B positive were risk factors for poor prognosis of TNBC(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rates of LAPTM4B positive and p27kip1 positive,LAPTM4B positive and p27kip1 negative,LAPTM4B negative and p27kip1 positive,and LAPTM4B negative and p27kip1 negative patients were 80.0%,51.5%,92.3%and 66.7%,respectively,there was a significant difference among the four groups(log-rank χ2=9.290,P=0.026).[Conclusion]The expression of LAPTM4B and p27kip1 in TNBC tissues is negatively correlated,which affects the survival rate of patients after surgery.Both of them are expected to be potential markers to evaluate the prognosis of patients.关键词
