Abstract
[Objective]To explore the value of analyzing serum seven tumor-associated autoantibodies(7-TAABs)combined with circulating tumor cells(CTCs)quantitative detection in the early staging diagnosis of lung cancer.[Methods]Totally 120 lung cancer patients(lung cancer group)admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from June 2021 to April 2024 were selected.In addition,70 patients with benign lung diseases were selected as the benign lesion group.All patients underwent CTCs testing,and were divided into stage I patients(62 cases)and stage II patients(58 cases)based on tumor staging.The levels of 7-TAABs and antibody levels of patients in different stages were compared between the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of various indicators in lung cancer.[Results]The levels of 7-TAABs and CTCs counts in patients with lung cancer were higher than those in patients with benign lesions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of 7-TAABs and CTCs counts in stage I patients were significantly lower than those in stage II patients(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the CTCs count between patients with or without lymph node metastasis,patients with different pathological types,different tumor stages,and patients with or without smoking history(P>0.05).The CTCs count was lower in patients with tumor diameter<3cm compared with those with tumor diameter≥3cm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)values of P53,PGP9.5,SOX2,GAGE7,GBU4-5,MAGEA1,CAGE,CTCs count and combined detection for the diagnosis of lung cancer were 0.532,0.724,0.867,0.618,0.799,0.599,0.720,0.837,and 0.973,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The combined detection of 7-TAABs and CTCs has high specificity and sensitivity in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Early detection of 7-TAABs and CTCs in lung cancer patients is of great significance in improving their quality of life and determining tumor staging.关键词
