摘要
Abstract
Checkpoint inhibitor-induced liver injury(ChILI)typically occurs at a rate of 1.72％-30％.Its clinical manifestations are heterogeneous and can lead to severe outcomes,including liver failure and death.Timely recognition and intervention significantly improve prognosis.In recent years,rapid progress has been made in the diagnosis,assessment,treatment,and prevention of ChILI.This review aims to summarize these advancements to enhance clinical management of the condition and provide insights for future research directions.关键词
