医院口服中成药单剂量分包摆药方式优化
Optimization of the Dispensing Mode of Single-Dose Subcontracting of Oral Chinese Patent Medicine

Abstract
Objective To optimize the dispensing mode of single-dose subcontracting of Chinese patent medicine,and to ensure the medication safety.Methods The weight of 42 kinds of Chinese patent medicines at 0,7,14,30 d after subcontracting was weighted,and the weight gain rate was calculated.The moisture content was determined and calculated by the dry weight loss method.The moisture content of capsules and tablets was compared,the change of physical properties was observed and the dispensing mode of Chinese patent medicines was optimized.Results The moisture content of Chinese patent medicines increased with time after subcontracting,and increased to(10.35±4.47)%on the 30th day.The moisture content of tablets at each time point was higher than that of capsules.The weight gain rate of capsules at each time point was higher than that of tablets.The change of characters was mainly agglomeration of capsule contents,and it became more and more significant with time.The dispensing methods of thirteen kinds of oral Chinese patent medicines(twelve kinds of capsules and one kind of tablets)were adjusted as follows:seven kinds were adjusted from pre-dismantling to dispensing outside with Universal Tablet Case(UTC),four kinds were adjusted from pre-dismantling to whole box dispensing,and two kinds were adjusted from dispensing outside with UTC to dispensing whole box.Conclusion The optimal single-dose subcontract dispensing mode of Chinese patent medicines can meet the needs of clinical drug use,ensure drug safety,reduce drug consumption and improve work efficiency.关键词
