摘要

Abstract

Objective To provide a reference for the rational use of fluoroquinolones in the clinic.Methods Researches related to fluoroquinolone-resistance in the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database were searched from January 1,2012 to December 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to visualize and analyze the annual publication volume,country/region,institution,author,published journal,cited literature,keywords,research trends of the relevant literature.Results A total of 12 394 articles were included,and the overall publication volume showed an increasing trend year by year.The country with the highest number of publications was the United States of American(USA,2 792 articles),followed by China(1 548 articles).The institution with the highest number of publications was the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom(153 articles),followed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the USA(152 articles),with close cooperation between countries and institutions.The author with the highest number of publications was Unemo Magnus from Sweden(79 articles),followed by Johnson James R from the USA(55 articles).Klebsiella pneumoniae,Helicobacter pylori,and Mycobacterium tuberculosis were the research hotspots,and the evolution of drug-resistant strains' genotypes,resistance patterns,multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR)detection,and whole genome sequencing are the future research trends in this field.Conclusion The attention on researches related to fluoroquinolone-resistance is gradually increasing.It is recommended that medical institutions establish specialized research teams to standardize their use and promote rational drug use in the clinic.
