Human empirical evidence and evaluation of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Therapeutic effect is the vitality and cornerstone of the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the construction of therapeutic effect evaluation system in line with the characteristics of TCM is the top priority of the industry.How to solve the contradiction between the characteristics of individual diagnosis and treatment and the group study,and how to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system in line with the characteristics of TCM are the difficulties in the evaluation of TCM.Human experience highlights the characteristics of individualized diagnosis and treatment of TCM,and records the disease conditions and indicators of patients in multiple dimensions.It is indispensable in the evaluation of the curative effect of TCM,and plays a role in exploring advantageous groups,exploring outcome indicators in multiple dimensions,and optimizing treatment plans.At the same time,the applicability evaluation,management and quality control of massive human experience data are the difficulties in giving full play to the role of human experience in the evaluation of TCM efficacy.It is necessary to further explore the method of full utilization of human experience data and apply optimization in the study of human experience.关键词
