《伤寒论》三大辨病框架解析
Analysis of the three major disease differentiation frameworks in Treatise on Febrile Diseases
摘要
Abstract
ZHANG Zhongjing is the builder of the traditional Chinese medicine building for disease differentiation and treatment.He determined that the main cause of febrile disease was cold pathogenic factors,and divided the disease into three categories:febrile disease,gynecological diseases,and miscellaneous diseases,forming a tripartite disease framework.In order to accurately treat febrile disease,he introduced two sub frameworks:firstly,he distinguished the differences in the pathogenic meridians and adopted a six meridian disease framework;Secondly,he distinguished whether there was fever or not,as well as the trend of disease development,and adopted a generalized febrile disease framework.Their basis for distinguishing diseases is the etiology,location,and nature of the disease,focusing on three aspects of the disease,including the severity of the disease,transmission from the surface to the inside,and changes in deficiency and excess.Essentially,they are three important perspectives for viewing febrile disease.关键词
