基于《黄帝内经》探析缪刺内涵和外延
Analysis of the connotation and extension of contralateral needling based on Huangdi Neijing
摘要
Abstract
Based on the original texts of the 5th edition Chinese Medical Canon,the classical connotation of the contralateral needling and Juci were extracted,explored the connotation of the contralateral needling in Huangdi Neijing and the extension and application of the contralateral needling to the later generations of doctors.From the interpretation of the original text of Huangdi Neijing,we can see that the classical discussion on the connotation of the contralateral needling is mainly reflected in the aspects of'the left and right sides of the well point''pricking the blood''pricking the disease in strange evil'and so on.Based on the systematic review of the connotation of the contralateral needling,the author summarized its important application value in determining the depth of the disease location,guiding the selection of acupuncture points,enriching acupuncture methods,and clarifying the application signs.The author believed that the key to selecting the acupuncture method was to determine the disease location and clarify the application signs,which would help to enrich the clinical application extension of the acupuncture.关键词
