《脉法赞》学术价值探讨
Discussion on the academic value of Maifa Zan
摘要
Abstract
The Maifa Zan appears in the Mai Jing and Qianjin Yaofang.The authors examine that his creative era may have been in the early Eastern Han dynasty.Its content reflects the characteristics of the Bianque School,and the pulse theory inherits from the Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing,with yin and yang as the guiding principle for distinguishing the pulse.Through the exploration of academic phrases such as'left lord Guan,right lord Fu','left in charge of the pulse of Renying,right in charge of the pulse of Qikou',the authors propose that the left hand controls the three yin meridians,regulates essence,blood,and mentality,and under the influence of yang qi,rises to the left in the pulse of Renying.The right hand controls the three yang meridians,oversees the flow of water and grains,and the vigorous fire energy descends to the right of the pulse of Qikou under the influence of yin qi.In addition,the authors believe that the Maifa Zan and Shanghan Zabing Lun have many similarities in terms of pulse diagnosis ideas,main diseases,which are important references for studying Zhongjing pulse method and Han dynasty sphygmology.关键词
