陈士铎从气、血、精、津液辨治男子不育症探析
Analysis of CHEN Shiduo's differentiation and treatment of male infertility from the perspective of'qi,blood,essence and body fluid'

Abstract
Ming dynasty physician CHEN Shiduo established the'nine methods of seed inheritance',which discussed the four major aspects of qi,blood,essence and body fluid,making significant contributions to the etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility,diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and selection of prescriptions and medication.For those with spleen and kidney qi deficiency,heart and liver qi stagnation,or liver qi deficiency,the method of tonifying the spleen and kidney,soothing the heart and liver,and greatly tonifying liver qi is used.The formula is to use Zhuqi Pills,Wangyou Powder,Duotian Pills;For those with insufficient blood and qi,the method of nourishing blood and calming the heart is used.The formula is to use the Danggui Buxue Decoction;For those with insufficient essence and weak marrow,hot essence and hyperactivity of fire,cold essence and fire decay,and difficulty in consolidating essence,the methods of filling essence and nourishing marrow,clearing away evil fire,warming and tonifying the pericardium,and tonifying the monarch's appearance should be used.The formula is to use Shengsui Yulin Pills,Pinghuo Powder,Wenjing Yuzi Pills,Jihuo Yansi Pills;For those with transportation and transformation of body fluids have been lost,long term accumulation of phlegm and dampness,the method of strengthening the spleen,stomach,and warming the kidney yang should be used.The formula is to use Yinan Huayu Pills.关键词
