针刺联合视觉训练对低度近视的作用研究
Effects of Acupuncture Combined With Visual Training on Low-grade Myopia

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with visual training on low myopia.METHODS A total of 45 children(45 eyes)diagnosed with low myopia at the Optometry Clinic of the Department of Ophthalmology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled from June 2023 to September 2023.They were divided into a blank group(BG),a vision training group(VTG),and a combination group(CG),with 15 cases(15 eyes)each,using the right eye as the observation eye.The BG group received cycloplegic refraction followed by single-vision spectacles for refractive error correction.The VTG group received visual training in addition to the BG group protocol.The CG group received acupuncture treatment in addition to the VTG group protocol.All groups were observed for 6 months.Spherical equivalent(SE),axial length(AL),amplitude of accommodation(AMP),accommodative response(AR),and monocular accommodative facility(MAF)were measured and compared before treatment and at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment.Data were recorded and statistically analyzed.RESULTS(1)SE:Comparison of SE within the three groups before and after treatment showed a significant time effect(P<0.05).The SE at 3 and 6 months post-treatment was higher than before treatment in all three groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time effect,group effect,and time×group interaction effect for SE change at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that the SE change at 3 months post-treatment in the CG group was less than in the BG group,and the SE change at 6 months post-treatment in the CG group was less than in both the BG group and the VTG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)AL:Comparison of AL within the three groups before and after treatment showed significant time effect and time combines group interaction effect(P<0.05).The AL at all post-treatment time points was higher than before treatment in all three groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time effect,group effect,and time×group interaction effect for AL growth at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that AL growth at 3 months post-treatment was less in both the VTG group and the CG group compared to the BG group,and less in the CG group compared to the VTG group,AL growth at 6 months post-treatment was less in the CG group compared to the BG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(3)AMP:Comparison of AMP within the three groups before and after treatment showed significant time effect,group effect,and time combines group interaction effect(P<0.05).AMP at all post-treatment time points was higher than before treatment in both the VTG group and the CG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that AMP at 1 month post-treatment in the CG group was higher than in the BG group,and AMP at 3 and 6 months post-treatment was higher in the CG group than in both the BG group and the VTG group,AMP at 3 and 6 months post-treatment was higher in the VTG group than in the BG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time effect,group effect,and time×group interaction effect for AMP increase at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that the AMP increase at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment was higher in both the VTG group and the CG group compared to the BG group,and higher in the CG group compared to the VTG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(4)AR:No significant time effect,group effect,or time×group interaction effect was found for AR before and after treatment or for AR change at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment within the three groups(P>0.05).(5)MAF:Comparison of MAF within the three groups before and after treatment showed significant time effect,group effect,and time combines group interaction effect(P<0.05).MAF at all post-treatment time points was higher than before treatment in both the VTG group and the CG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that MAF at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment was higher in both the CG group and the VTG group compared to the BG group(P<0.05),and higher in the CG group compared to the VTG group(P<0.05).The time effect,group effect,and time combines group interaction effect for MAF increase at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that the MAF increase at 1,3,and 6 months post-treatment was higher in both the VTG group and the CG group compared to the BG group(P<0.05),and higher in the CG group compared to the VTG group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture combined with visual training can effectively control myopia progression and delay AL growth.The potential mechanism of action may be through improving accommodative function.The combined therapy demonstrates a faster onset and superior control effect.关键词
