海派中医眼科——"姚氏眼科"学术经验探讨
Discussion on the Academic Experience of"YAO's Ophthalmology"in Shanghai-style Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
"YAO´s Ophthalmology"was founded by Mr.YAO Heqing and is one of the three major schools of Shanghai-style Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).This paper systematically organizes the theoretical framework and academic experience of"YAO´s Ophthalmology",aiming to promote the inheritance and development of TCM ophthalmology schools.YAO´s approach emphasizes that the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases should be guided by a holistic perspective,integrating theories such as Yin-Yang and the Five Elements,visceral manifestation,meridians,and the Five Wheels and Eight Regions of Ophthalmology,combined with physiological and pathological analysis.It advocates the combined use of acupuncture and Chinese medicines,as well as integrating internal administration with external treatments.This study introduces the syndrome differentiation,treatment principles,and therapeutic methods for representative eye diseases,including fundus hemorrhage,uveitis(including Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome),central serous chorioretinopathy,optic atrophy,epiphora,blepharospasm,serpiginous corneal ulcer,herpes simplex keratitis,and retinitis pigmentosa.The goal is to provide valuable references and insights for clinical practice in Ophthalmology of TCM.关键词
