模糊-冲突模型下农村人居环境整治研究

Abstract
The improvement of rural living environments is a crucial component of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.As a typical large agricultural county,H County in Henan Province has just completed poverty alleviation work,so it faces many challenges in improving the living environment.Based on the fuzzy-conflict model,this paper analyzes the problems faced by County H,including insufficient awareness of rural residents'participation,lack of rectification funds,weak policy execution,and lack of long-term supervision mechanisms.It also put forward targeted countermeasures to strengthen rural residents'main role and enhance their enthusiasm for participation;explore diversified funding channels to ensure financial support for rectification work;optimize the task allocation mechanism for policy implementation to improve implementation efficiency;and establish a long-term supervision mechanism to ensure the persistence of rectification effects.These policies provide practical guidance for County H and are of great practical significance for the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization strategic goals.关键词
