系统性急诊急救模式对主动脉A型夹层患者急救效果及心理状态的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Systematic Emergency Rescue Model on the Emergency Effectiveness and Psychological State of Patients with Aortic Type A Dissection

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of a systematic emergency rescue model in the emer-gency treatment of patients with Aortic Type A Dissection.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with Aortic Type A Dissection who were treated at Jiuquan People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024.Based on the emergency rescue model,the patients were divided into an observa-tion group(systematic emergency rescue model,n=30)and a control group(conventional emergency rescue model,n=30).The efficiency of each emergency stage,hope levels,negative psychological status,emergency treatment out-comes,and satisfaction with emergency services were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter times for diagnosis,completion of examinations,emergency room stay,and transfer(P＜0.001).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of hope levels(berth Hope Index,including positive attitude,positive action,intimate re-lationships,and total score)and negative psychological status(including SAS and SDS scores)(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly higher scores in positive attitude,positive action,intimate relationships,and total hope score(P＜0.001),while SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower(P＜0.001).Ad-ditionally,the total effective emergency treatment rate was significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(96.67％vs.76.67％,P＜0.05).Satisfaction scores for emergency service techniques,service attitude,communication,reception speed,emergency procedures,and transfer safety were all significantly higher in the observation group(P＜0.001).Conclusion Implementing a systematic emergency rescue intervention can effectively improve the emergency treatment efficiency in patients with Aortic Type A Dissection,alleviate negative psychological states,enhance hope levels,improve emergency outcomes,and increase patient satisfaction,thereby promoting recovery.关键词
