自拟醒酒汤辅以西医治疗急性酒精中毒患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Self-made Sobering Soup Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Alcohol Poisoning Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of self-formulated sobering soup combined with Western med-icine on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and oxygen metabolism in patients with acute alcohol intoxication.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute alcohol intoxication treated in Qianxinan State Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group the control group according to the randomized blind method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment of Western medicine(gastric and supplemen-tation of vitamin B6,etc.),and on this basis,the control group was given intravenous infusion of Xingnaojing drug,while the observation was given self-formulated sobering soup treatment on the basis of the control group.At the end of the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,oxygen metabolism levels hospital-related indicators,and coma and functional disorder scores of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At the end of the treatment,the lev-els of serum catalase(CAT and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of malondialdehyde(MDA was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed an increase in the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores and a decrease in the Disa-bility Function Scale(DFS)scores.Moreover,the observation group demonstrated a greater improvement in GCS scores and a more significant reduction in DFS scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute alcohol intoxication,the use of self-formulated sobering soup combined with Western medicine can improve the TCM score and oxygen me-tabolism level,shorten the disease recovery process,and reduce the degree of coma and functional disorders,which is worth learning from in clinical practice.关键词
