多学科协作模式在胸外科危重症护理中的应用研究
Study on the Effectiveness of a Rapid Response Prehospital Emergency Model in the Rescue of Patients with Multiple Injuries from Traffic Accidents

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and effectiveness of a multidisciplinary collaborative treatment model in the care of critically ill patients(severe thoracic trauma)in thoracic surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 68 patients with severe thoracic trauma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to December 2024.Based on the treatment model,patients were divided into an observation group(multidisciplinary collaborative model,34 cases)and a con-trol group(single-discipline thoracic surgery model,34 cases).The outcomes compared between the two groups included pain levels,postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,mortality,and family satisfaction.Re-sults Postoperatively,the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)scores for pain showed a decreasing trend over time in both groups.However,the observation group had significantly lower NRS scores at 1h,6h,12h,and 24h postop-eratively compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group also had significantly shorter times for admission to surgery,postoperative ambulation,ICU stay,and overall hospitalization(P＜0.001),as well as less postoperative thoracic drainage(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications was significantly lower in the obser-vation group(8.82％vs.29.41％,P＜0.05).Additionally,family satisfaction was significantly higher in the observa-tion group(97.06％vs.79.41％,P＜0.05).The mortality rate was 2.94％in the observation group and 8.82％in the control group,with no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative treatment model can effectively reduce postoperative pain,promote recovery,and decrease the risk of complications in pa-tients with severe thoracic trauma.关键词
