Abstract

To enhance the hydrogen production efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in a power-to-hydrogen(P2H)park integrated energy system(PIES),photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)driven hydrogen production technology is integrated into the PIES.A low-carbon economic dispatch model based on an improved stepwise carbon trading mechanism is proposed.First,PV/T-driven equipment is combined with a hydrogen ion exchange membrane electro-lyzer(HIEME)to analyze the energy flow conversion process and develop a coupled hydrogen production model.Second,the stepwise carbon trading is refined by introducing a continuous piecewise carbon price model to better capture carbon price dynamics.Finally,a low-carbon economic dispatch model is formulated with the objective of minimizing the total system operation cost and carbon trading cost,while considering multiple uncertainties.Case simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme and model effectively improve hydrogen production effi-ciency and reduce carbon emissions,providing valuable insights for low-carbon economic operation of PIES.
