经筋排刺法联合改良易筋经改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡能力及神经保护作用研究
Effect of Meridian-Sinew Linear Needling Combined with Modified Yijin Jing on Balance Ability and Neuroprotection in Patients with Post-Stroke Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of meridian-sinew linear needling combined with modified Yijin Jing(Muscle-tendon Changing Classic)on balance ability and neuroprotection in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 112 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,who were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 56 in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with meridian-sinew linear needling combined with modified Yijin Jing.The scores of NIHSS,BBS,and FMA,the grade of Hoolden walking function scale,the serum cytokine levels,the fNIRS parameters,and the CTP were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the NIHSS score was lower(P＜0.05),and the BBS sore and FMA score were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The grade of Hoolden walking function grade was higher in the observation group than that in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The serum levels of NSE and Hcy were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The fNIRS values of SMA,PMC and MI,as well as CBV were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The values of DLY,MTT,and TTP were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of meridian-sinew linear needling combined with modified Yijin Jing can effectively improve the balance ability and motor ability of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,it can reduce the degree of neurological impairment,regulate the release of neural cell-related factors and improve cerebral blood perfusion.关键词
