靳三针调神针法联合有氧运动对血管性痴呆患者行为能力及血清Livin水平的影响
Impacts of Jin's Three-Needle Shen-Regulating Acupuncture Combined with Aerobic Exercise on Behavioral Ability and Serum Livin Level in VD Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Jin's three-needle Shen-regulating acupuncture combined with aerobic exercise in treatment of vascular dementia(VD).Methods:110 VD patients were randomly divided into the trial group and the conventional group,with 55 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with Western medication and aerobic exercise;on which basis,the trail group was also treated with Jin's three-needle Shen-regulating acupuncture.The total effective rate,cognitive function,self-care ability,levels of various biochemical factors,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the trial group was 80.00％(44/55),which was significantly higher than 60.00％(33/55)of the conventional group(P＜0.05).The scores of the Mini Mental State Evaluation(MMSE)and the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were increased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the scores were higher in the trial group than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of anti apoptotic factor(Livin)and estradiol(E2)were significantly higher in the trial group than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05),whereas the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)were obviously lower in the trail group than those in the conventional group after the treatment(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese medical therapy and Western medication can effectively improve brain nerve function,enhance behavioral ability in treatment of VD,with a high clinical application value.关键词
