"膝九针"鸡足刺结合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响
Efficacy of 'Knee Nine-Needle' Chicken Claw Needling Combined with Tuina in Treatment of KOA and Its Impact on Serum Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of'knee nine-needle'chicken claw needling combined with Tuina in treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its impact on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 90 KOA patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with the traditional Tuina technique,once a day for 2 weeks;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with the'knee nine-needle'chicken claw needling,once a day with 2 days of rest on weekends,for 2 weeks.The scores of VAS,Lysholm Knee Scale,WOMAC Knee Bone Osteoarthritis Scale,and Lequesne Exponent Scale,as well as the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere observed before the treatment,after the treatment and during one-month follow-up in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.60％(43/45)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.30％(33/45)in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of VAS,Lysholm,WOMAC,and Lequesne index were all significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were both significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the decreases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of'knee nine-needle'and Tuina has shown significant efficacy in treating patients with KOA,particularly in relieving pain,improving keen joint function,and enhancing quality of daily life.Therefore,this approach demonstrates strong feasibility for widespread clinical application.关键词
