互动式头针结合体外冲击波治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能障碍的影响
Effect of Interactive Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Motor Dysfunction in Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of interactive scalp acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)on motor dysfunction in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 102 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with interactive scalp acupuncture combined with ESWT.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Motor function and daily living ability were evaluated by simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI).Muscle tension and balance function were assessed by modified Ashworth scale(MAS)and Berg balance scale(BBS).Contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were measured in the two groups.Adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%(45/51),which was higher than 72.55%(37/51)of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of FMA,MBI and BBS were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05),wheres the score of MAS was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased(P<0.05),whereas the level of MDA was significantly decreased in the treatment group compared to that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Interactive scalp acupuncture combined with ESWT can significantly improve motor dysfunction,enhance daily living ability,and improve muscle tension and balance function in patients with stroke hemiplegia,and it can regulate serum biomarkers.关键词
