经颅重复针刺情感区对卒中后认知障碍患者注意功能的影响
Effects of Transcranial Repetitive Needling Emotional Area on Attentional Function in Patients with PSCI

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of transcranial repetitive needling emotional area on attentional function in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods:62 PSCI patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 31 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with needling emotional area;in the control group,the needles were retained without manipulation for 30 minutes after obtaining Qi,whereas the transcranial repetitive needling method was applied in the treatment group,with rapid twisting(at least 200 twisting per minute)after obtaining Qi,each single twisting lasted 3 minutes,once after inserting the needles once before removing the needles.The scales of MMSE and MoCA were used to assess the cognitive function,the scale of DST was applied for evaluating attentional function,and the scale of MBI was administered to rate activities of daily living before and after the treatment in the two groups.The changes in the EEG power values across different frequency bands in the prefrontal region were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The scores of MMSE,MoCA,DST,and MBI were all increased after the treatment in the two groups,and the increases were more significant in the treatment group(P＜0.05).The changes in the power values of different frequency band in the prefrontal region were insignificant in the control group(P＞0.05),the power values of δ band and θ band were decreased(P＜0.05),the value of α band was increased(P＜0.05),and the DTABR value was decreased(P＜0.05),but the change in β band power value was not significant after the treatment in the treatment group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial repetitive needling emotional area can effectively improve patients'attentional function,overall cognitive function and daily living abilities compared to conventional needling,and it can affect the functional activity of neurons in the prefrontal area of patients with PSCI.关键词
