重灸"百会""涌泉"穴治疗血管性痴呆临床研究
Clinical Study of Intensive Moxibustion on DU20 and KI1 in Treatment of Vascular Dementia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intensive moxibustion on Baihui(DU20)and Yongquan(KI1)in treatment of vascular dementia(VD).Methods:60 VD patients were randomly divided into the intensive moxibustion group and the control group.The intensive moxibustion group was treated with intensive moxibustion on DU20 and KI1,whereas the control group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride.Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive courses(8 weeks).The improvements in cognitive function and the change of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after the treatment and within the 2 months of follow-up.The occurrence of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups during the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the intensive moxibustion group was 86.67％(26/30),which was higher than 63.33％(19/30)of the control group(P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in the scores of MoCA,MMSE,ADL,CDR,and SDSVD,as well as in the serum levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-8)between the two groups before the treatment(P＞0.05).The scores of various scales and the levels of various inflammatory factors were improved in the intensive moxibustion group and the control group after 2 courses of treatment and during the 2 months of follow-up,and the improvements were more significant in the intensive moxibustion group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33％(4/30)in the intensive moxibustion group,which was lower than 16.67％(5/30)in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Intensive moxibustion on DU 20 and KI1 has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of VD,which can effectively improve patients' cognitive function and enhance their activities of daily living with high safety.关键词
