Exploration of Acupoints Selection Rule in Acupuncture Treatment of Sleep Disorders after Ischemic Stroke Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the rules of acupoints selection in treatment of sleep disorders after ischemic stroke based on data mining technology.Methods:Clinical research literature on acupuncture therapy for sleep disorders after ischemic stroke were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,and Cochrane Library from the inceptions to September 5,2024.The retrieved literature was imported into the literature manager NoteExpress 4.0.0 for screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data were organized using Excel 2021 to establish a database.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted in detail on the frequency of acupoints application,their anatomical locations,meridian attributions,and specific point attributes.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 software were used to perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis on acupoints with a frequency of no less than 20.Results:A total of 206 articles were included,and 252 prescriptions were extracted.The cumulative frequency of acupoints application was 1,743 times,and the total number of acupoints was 138.The top five most frequently used acupoints included Shenmen(HT7),Baihui(DU20),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Neiguan(PC6),and Sishencong(EX-HN1).These points were primarily located in the head and neck,followed by the lower limbs and upper limbs.The commonly used meridians included the Du meridian,the extraordinary points,the Heart meridian of hand-Shaoyin,the Bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,and the Pericardium meridian of hand-Jueyin.Among the specific points,the most frequently used were the crossing points.Shenmai(BL62)-EX-HN1-HT7-DU20 could be considered as the core acupoints combination.The top 20 frequently used acupoints could be divided into three clusters.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of sleep disorders after ischemic stroke is mainly based on the principles of dredging meridians,regulating Yin and Yang,nourishing Liver and Kidney,and calming Heart and tranquilizing Shen.Syndrome differentiation-based acupoints selection,combined with local acupoints selection,is applied to achieve the effect of Heart and Brain homology.关键词
