皮肤交感神经测定、RR间期变化率联合RAAS检测在帕金森病体位性低血压中的应用价值
Value of applying sympathetic skin response and RR interval variation rate combined with renin-angiotensin-aldosterone sys-tem in postural hypotension in Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of sympathetic skin response(SSR)and R-R interval variation(RRIV)combined with renin-angiotensin-aldosterone(ALD)system(RAAS)in Parkinson's disease(PD)patients with orthostatic hypotension(OH).Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with PD from April to October 2024 in Wenzhou People's Hospital were selected as the subjects,with 30 cases having OH(OH group)and 30 cases without OH(non-OH group).The SSR value,RRIV index[including RRIV during calm breathing(R％),and RRIV during deep breathing(D％)]and RAAS index[including plasma renin activity(PRA),and ALD]of the two groups of patients were compared,and the efficacy of each index alone and combined in the diagnosis of PD with OH was analyzed.Results The levels of R％,D％,and plasma PRA and ALD were significantly lower in the OH group compared with the non-OH group,while SSR was significantly higher,the differences of which were all statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The AUC of SSR,R％,D％,PRA,ALD,and the combination of the five indicators for the diagnosis of OH in PD patients were 0.667,0.667,0.650,0.650,0.650 and 0.783,respectively,with the accuracy of 0.667,0.667,0.650,0.650,0.650 and 0.783,respectively.Conclusion SSR and RRIV combined with RAAS can effectively diagnose PD with OH.关键词
