Expert consensus on the management standards for hunger-free wards in oncology hospitals
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop an expert consensus on the management standards for hunger-free(malnutrition-free)wards in oncology hospitals(hereinafter referred to as the"Consensus"),and to standardize establishment and man-agement processes of these wards.Methods Guided by evidence-based methods,a preliminary draft of the Consensus on the management of hunger-free wards in oncology hospitals was formulated through literature retrieval and quality evalua-tion.This draft underwent expert consultation via a Delphi process and was subsequently discussed at an expert panel meeting.The consensus content was refined and finalized based on expert feedback.Results The finalized Consensus com-prises five primary domains:hospital facility management,team management,process management,infection control man-agement,and quality management.Conclusion This Consensus provides guidance for the standardized and systematic management of hunger-free wards in oncology hospitals.It serves as a reference for the establishment and nationwide im-plementation of hunger-free wards.关键词
