摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of internet+health management on glycemic control and quality of survival in diabetes mellitus in young and middle-aged adults.Method:110 cases of young and middle-aged diabetic patients who received consultation and treatment at the No.90 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Command and Security Forces from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into a control group(n=55,implementing the traditional management method)and an experimental group(n=55,implementing the Internet+health management on the basis of the control group)according to the randomized throw method. The blood glucose control(fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)),quality of life scores,self-management scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,FBG and 2 hPG of both groups were lower than that of the same group before the intervention and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the quality of life scores and self-management scores of both groups were higher than those of the same group before the intervention and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The HbA1c levels of both groups were lower than before the intervention, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet+health management model can effectively control blood glucose, improve quality of life and enhance self-management ability of young and middle-aged diabetic patients with high satisfaction.关键词
