加味防己黄芪汤治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效及对肾功能、微炎症状态的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and effect on renal function and microinflammatory status of flavored Fangji Huangqi Tang in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Method:106 PNS patients admitted to the First Hospital of Zhangzhou Gulei Port Economic Development Zone from August 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=54)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated symptomatically with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated on the basis of symptomatic conventional drugs combined with flavored Fangji Huangqi Tang.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 3 months of treatment,all TCM symptom scores,renal function indexes and microinflammatory state indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PNS with flavored Fangji Huangqi Tang can improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the renal function and the microinflammatory state of the organism,and has a good safety profile.关键词
