Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of milrinone(MIL)adjuvant therapy on plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)levels and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:A random number table method was used to divide 165 chronic heart failure patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Qujing City from January 2023 to March 2024 into a control group(82 cases,conventional treatment of chronic heart failure)and an experimental group(83 cases,MIL treatment added on the basis of conventional treatment),all treated for 7 d.The treatment effects,plasma levels of BNP and NT-proBNP,cardiac function levels[left atrial end-diastolic diameter(LADd),left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVEDd),cardiac output(CO),and output per beat(SV)]and myocardial remodeling levels[left ventricular myocardial mass index(LVMI),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),and interventricular septal thickness(IVST)]were observed and compared.Result:The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the plasma BNP,NT-proBNP levels of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma BNP and NT-proBNP levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in cardiac function between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LADd and LVEDd in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of CO and SV were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in myocardial remodeling level between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the myocardial remodeling level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIL-assisted treatment of CHF patients is effective,can effectively reduce the body BNP,NT-proBNP level,improve the effectiveness of treatment,but also improve the level of cardiac function of patients,improve the level of myocardial remodeling.关键词
