Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of anesthesia,stress and inflammatory response,and quality of postoperative recovery of low-dose sevoflurane combined with oxycodone in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Method:A study was conducted on 106 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Wuxue First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.All patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair at Wuxue First People's Hospital and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table.The control group received conventional-dose sevoflurane combined with oxycodone for anesthesia,while the study group received low-dose sevoflurane combined with oxycodone.The differences in anesthesia effect,stress and inflammatory responses,hemodynamics,and complication rates between the two groups were compared.Result:The patients in the study group had better pain reflex disappearance time,eyelash reflex disappearance time,awakening time,cortisol(COR),norepinephrine(NA),glucose(GLU),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a),interleukin-6(IL-6),and hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP)than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.6(Interleukin-6,IL-6),and Hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP)were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-induction period,the heart rate(HR),systolic pressure(SP)and diastolic pressure(DP)of the patients 10 min after pneumoperitoneum were lower,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The probability of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose sevoflurane combined with oxycodone in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can rapidly induce and stably control the depth of anesthesia,reducing fluctuations in vital signs during surgery.At the same time,it exerts the potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of oxycodone,effectively alleviating postoperative pain,lowering levels of inflammatory factors,and thereby promoting rapid recovery of patients and improving overall treatment outcomes.关键词
