121份自选小麦新品种(系)高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成分析
Composition Analysis of High Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunits in 121 Wheat Varieties(Lines)

Abstract
The high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS)of 121 self-selected high generation wheat varieties(lines)were identified by sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE),and their subunit types and combinations were analyzed.The results showed that there were nine subunit types in 121 wheat varieties(lines).Among them,there were two types of Glu-A1 sites,including 1 and N.There were four kinds of Glu-B1 sites,including 7,7+8,7+9 and 13+16.There were three kinds of Glu-D1 sites,including 5+10,4+12 and 2+12.There were ten subunit combinations in 121 wheat varieties(lines),among which 1/7+8/5+10 subunit combinations were the most with a frequency of 52.90%,followed by 1/7+9/5+10,1/7+8/2+12,1/7+9/2+12,and their frequency was 23.14%,9.10%,5.79%,respectively.The frequency of other subunit combinations was less than 5%.The quality scores of all varieties(lines)ranged from 5-10.The results showed that there were abundant polymorphisms of HMW-GS in all the 121 new wheat varieties(lines).The high-quality subunit 5+10 had the highest frequency,rare subunit 13+16 was found,and no high-quality subunits 2*,14+15 and 17+18 were found.关键词
