摘要
Abstract
This article summarizes Professor ZHANG Shiqing's clinical experience in treating pediatric diarrhea using the method of lifting the clear and descending the turbid.Professor ZHANG points out that the causes of pediatric diarrhea are diverse,but can generally be attributed to external pathogen invasion,im-proper diet,and spleen-stomach weakness.The disease primarily affects the spleen and stomach,with damp-ness being the key pathogenic factor.By applying the method of lifting the clear and descending the turbid,treatment focuses on restoring the normal ascending and descending functions of the spleen and stomach,pro-moting their healthy movement.This allows the clear yang to rise and the turbid yin to descend,ensuring ad-equate production of qi and blood,thereby restoring the body's health.The prescribed formula,Shengjiang Zhixie Tang(升降 止 泻 汤),is tailored according to seasonal variations,different pathogenic factors,and the individual constitution of the child,resulting in significant therapeutic efficacy.A case example is provided for validation.关键词
