Professor SHENG Lixian's Experience in Treating Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis of Lung-Spleen Yang Deficiency Pattern Using Qiling Tang(芪苓汤)
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHENG Lixian believes that the primary pathological locations of allergic rhinitis in children are the lung and spleen,with the lung-spleen yang deficiency pattern being a common syndrome.She emphasizes that during the acute phase,active measures should be taken to control nasal symptoms and im-prove the quality of life.During the remission phase,long-term medicinal regulation can correct or improve the child's constitutional imbalance,thereby reducing the severity or frequency of recurrence,or even preventing the disease altogether.Based on the principle of replenishing qi and warming yang,treatment is tailored to the child's constitution,with Qiling Tang(芪苓汤)yielding satisfactory clinical results.A case example is in-cluded for verification.关键词
