摘要
Abstract
Professor YUAN Bin posits that blood-level syndrome in pediatric pneumonic cough has clear clinical manifestations,and the application of blood-level medicines can positively influence disease prognosis.During the acute phase,when phlegm-heat obstructs the lungs and stasis blocks the blood collaterals,activat-ing blood circulation medicines should be combined with lung-diffusing,obstruction-relieving,heat-clearing,and phlegm-resolving therapies to promote inflammation absorption and shorten disease duration.In the pro-longed or recovery phases,children with refractory cough require qi and blood supplementation.For cases of re-current infections or asthma complications where the disease involves blood collaterals,blood-activating and collateral-dredging therapies should be employed,incorporating mild doses of insect medicinals to gradually ex-pel pathogens.Clinical application requires flexible formulation to achieve"preventing disease before its on-set"and"controlling progression after onset."One representative case is included for demonstration.关键词
