邵征洋教授运用温胆汤从痰热论治儿童情志病经验
Professor SHAO Zhengyang's Experience in Treating Pediatric Emotional Disorders from the Perspective of Phlegm-Heat Using Wendan Tang(温胆汤)
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHAO Zhengyang believes that pediatric emotional disorders fall under the categories of liver wind,depression syndrome,hysteria,manic-depressive psychosis,insomnia,and lily disease in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM),broadly encompassing various mental and psychological disorders as well as abnormal psychiatric symptoms in Western medicine.These conditions are commonly seen in tic disorders,at-tention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),depression,sleep disorders,and autism spectrum disorder(ASD).The pathogenesis involves dysfunction of the viscera,internal phlegm turbidity,stagnation transform-ing into heat,and phlegm-heat stirring wind,with wind,phlegm,and fire being the main pathological factors.The core pathogenesis is internal disturbance due to phlegm-heat syndrome.The treatment should focus on clearing heat,resolving phlegm,soothing the liver,and calming the mind,primarily using Wendan Tang(温胆汤)with flexible modifications based on clinical manifestations.For comorbid conditions,combined pre-scriptions are applied,achieving significant efficacy.A case example is included for validation.关键词
