我国公办职业本科院校人才培养模式探究
Exploration on the Talents Cultivation Model of Public Vocational Undergraduate Colleges in China

Abstract
Vocational undergraduate education serves as a crucial avenue for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents,and the establishment of public vocational undergraduate colleges represents an inevitable trend.Guided by the concepts and methods of grounded theory,this study centers on the fundamental educational questions of"whom to cultivate""how to cultivate"and"for whom to cultivate",supplemented by"how well the cultivation is done".It encodes and analyzes the Annual Quality Reports of Higher Vocational Education from both the vocational college and undergraduate periods of 11 public vocational undergraduate colleges,exploring the development,changes,issues,and shortcomings in talents cultivation practices from vocational college to the undergraduate period within the sample schools.Based on grounded analysis and combined with reflections on the positioning of vocational undergraduate education and the connotations of talents cultivation models,this study constructs a talents cultivation model suitable for China's public vocational undergraduate colleges.This model is framed by cultivation philosophy,cultivation objectives,cultivation process,and cultivation evaluation,incorporating elements such as fostering virtue through education,the"five golden elements"construction and employment quality.关键词
