Abstract

Vocational undergraduate education is an important part of optimizing the structure of higher education in China.The mission of undergraduate vocational education is to cultivate a large number of high-level technical and skilled talents who integrate the characteristics of"knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative"for high-end industries and industrial high-ends.In order to clarify the value connotation of the quality of vocational undergraduate education and provide an objective and effective method for evaluating the quality of talents cultivation,this article proposes to construct an output-oriented measurement system,and to this end,Delphi expert consultation and weight calculation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process are carried out.The empirical results show that the"employment quality"indicator is in an absolutely important position,followed by important evaluation indicators such as"cultivation of craftsmanship spirit and professional ethics""vocational skills competition"and"excellent typical alumni".This provides empirical guidance for vocational colleges to improve the quality of education.Looking ahead to the future,to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education,it is essential to clarify the core educational objective of"student-centeredness",explore a talents cultivation model that integrates"vocational attributes with disciplinary attributes",construct an educational system centered around"technical skills"as the linchpin,and strengthen a guarantee mechanism that coordinates the"three processes".
