安徽省应用型本科高校产教融合发展的现状、问题及对策
Study on the Current Status,Issues and Strategies for the Development of Industry-education Integration in Applied Undergraduate Universities in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
This study selected 44 provincial-level undergraduate universities in Anhui Province as research subjects to analyze the current status of industry-education integration development in applied undergraduate universities in Anhui Province.The survey found that the overall status of industry-education integration development in Anhui Province's applied undergraduate universities is relatively good,but there are still issues such as an incomplete industry-education integration system and mechanisms,insufficient alignment between disciplines and industries,unstable construction of school-enterprise practice bases,limited effectiveness of joint scientific research efforts,and an insufficient number of high-level applied faculty members.To address the above issues,it is necessary to improve the industry-education integration system and mechanisms for collaborative talents cultivation,improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism for majors in line with industrial development,establish a collaborative education community for industry-education integration,establish a joint scientific research mechanism,and increase support for faculty team development.关键词
