职业教育与高等教育协同创新背景下中药专业人才培养改革路径研究
Research on Reform Paths of Talents Cultivation in Traditional Chinese Medicine Major under the Background of Collaborative Innovation between Vocational and Higher Education

Abstract
Driven by both the strategy of building a powerful education country and the upgrading of the modern traditional Chinese medicine industry,the collaborative innovation between vocational education and higher education has become a key path to improve the quality and efficiency of talents cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine.Facing new requirements,there are many difficulties in talents cultivation for traditional Chinese medicine majors:vague talents cultivation goals and lack of attention to personalized growth;a single curriculum system with a serious disconnect between theory and practice;an unbalanced structure of the teaching staff and insufficient effectiveness of double-qualified teachers in education;insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation and weak collaborative education mechanisms;inadequate supply of practical teaching resources,and an urgent need to upgrade professional training and innovation platforms.In the future,it is necessary to build a hierarchical training system integrating secondary vocational,higher vocational and undergraduate education,promote in-depth optimization of the curriculum system,construct a team of double-qualified teachers,establish a multi-subject collaborative education mechanism involving the government,industry,enterprises and schools,and coordinate practical teaching resources,so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine majors.关键词
