Abstract

The textbook governance is an important support for promoting the optimization of vocational education system structure,improving governance capabilities,and transforming the quality of education.With the deepening of vocational education reform,the governance of vocational education textbooks still faces many bottlenecks in areas such as diversified collaboration,institutional design,content updates,technical support,integration of review and use,and effectiveness evaluation.Specifically,there are weak collaborative mechanisms,insufficient top-level design,lagging content updates,limited digitalization level,incomplete review and use links,and a lack of governance effectiveness evaluation.In response to the requirements of modernization in governance,it is necessary to enhance the modernization level of vocational education textbook governance from a systematic perspective:improving diversified collaborative mechanisms,and constructing a linkage pattern of"government-industry-enterprise-school-research institution";strengthening the top-level design of the system,and improving the framework for rule of law and standardization of governance;establishing a dynamic content update mechanism,and enhancing the bidirectional coupling ability between textbooks and industrial development;accelerating digital transformation,and forming an intelligent governance ecosystem driven by data and supported by platforms;establishing a closed-loop system for the entire process of approval and utilization by bridging the approval and utilization links;establishing a scientific performance evaluation system,and promoting precise feedback on governance effectiveness centered on the quality of education.
