眼保健操对近视前期儿童调节参数影响的研究
Study on the effect of eye health exercises on regulating parameters in children with pre myopia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of standard eye exercises on adjusting parameters in chil-dren with pre myopia.Methods A prospective self-controlled study design was used to select 85 children with pre myopia in a primary school in Chengdu,who underwent standard eye exercises intervention(3 times a day for 4 months).Finally,78 cases were included for observation.Pre-and post intervention detection and adjustment functions:negative relative ad-justment,positive relative adjustment,adjustment amplitude,adjustment response,and adjustment sensitivity.Use rank sum test to analyze the differences before and after intervention.Results After AMP intervention,there was a significant improvement compared to before intervention(Z=2.196,P=0.028),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in NR A,PR A,BCC,and AF before and after intervention(P＞0.05).Conclusion Standard eye exercises can effectively improve the accommodation amplitude in children with pre myopia.关键词
